Is Free a trial?

No. Free includes limited monthly Credits, with no credit card required and no fixed trial window.

Do Engineering and Business Operations need different plans?

No. These are workspace plans, not separate editions. Choose the capacity your team needs, then connect the sources and enable the tools relevant to its work.

What do Credits pay for?

Credits pay for AI work, including questions, analysis, investigations, repository learning, document processing, and scheduled AI tasks. Tool execution itself does not create a separate Credit charge. AI requests used to choose a tool or interpret its result can use Credits.

Why do similar jobs use different Credits?

Usage depends on the AI model, the information processed, the answer generated, and the number of AI requests needed. A question has no fixed Credit cost. You can review your Credit usage in Billing.

What happens when Credits run out?

You need available Credits to start new billable AI work. You can purchase additional Credits through Boosters in Billing. If a completed request uses more Credits than you had available, new Credits first cover the amount owed. Check the options available in your workspace’s Billing section.

Where can I see exact allowances?

Check your workspace’s Billing section for the current plan and exact Credit allowance before subscribing. Prices on this page are USD launch prices; confirm the final amount and terms at checkout.

Can Vedin connect to private systems?

Supported integrations can use an in-network agent with outbound HTTPS. That does not self-host the full Vedin service or keep all AI processing inside your network. Discuss your setup and any storage requirements with us before connecting sensitive information.
